Gander is a team of creative humans (and elite canines) that craft brands through strategy, design, visual storytelling, photography, and digital experiences. We are seeking an organized, driven, and adaptable Project Manager to join the Gander team full-time.

Your primary responsibility will be coordinating with our team of art directors, designers, and developers to create the best work possible while maintaining a superior experience for all of our clients and collaborators along the way. You’ll be managing a high volume of projects and will be the primary point of contact for our clients, so expert organization, attention to detail and communication skills are essential for this role. We seek Project Managers that are positive, pragmatic, tactful, and excited to be a part of a growing creative team. In addition, kindness, respect, and empathy are paramount to us. Required Experience:

• 3+ years of Project Management experience at a creative agency
• Experience leading a creative team of 10+ people
• Experience working on several projects at a time, all with varied timelines and scopes
• You are comfortable managing both print and web projects
• You have worked on a web design project, from kickoff to site launch
• Well-versed in project management and communication tools such as Monday.com, Harvest, and Slack
• Experience working in packaging is a big plus, but not required
  

As a Project Manager at Gander, you will:

• Clearly define and prioritize deliverables at the onset of a project, creating project timelines based on key deliverables and project scopes.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their experience with Gander is exceptional.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal systems and increase efficiency.
• Manage daily and weekly tasks to ensure project deliverables are clearly understood and executed upon.
• Strategize resourcing of our internal team and be able to help prioritize daily workloads based on project urgency. A Project Manager at Gander should be comfortable juggling multiple projects and shifting between daily, weekly, and monthly work flows.
• Support studio partners in monitoring project budgets, risks, and scope overages. You will help identify potential problem areas and proactively identify solutions for getting projects back on track.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and ensure actionable next steps and recaps are communicated clearly. 
• Represent the creative team and interface with clients on behalf of our studio.

Salary: $85,000 - $100,000+ (Depending on the level of experience)
