J’aime Les Fruits.

A love for the rich history of French candy making and a desire to bring something new to the U.S. market. This is what drove Rachel Dana to start her own confectionery in the heart of Brooklyn. The candy-making process, she discovered, was the perfect way to preserve the rich flavors of fruit and herbs in peak seasons.

Crafted delicately by hand in her kitchen and sold in small batches, these sweets are as thoughtfully made as they are delicious. We think they’re pretty cute, too.

Rachel sources fresh fruit from local farmers, and preserves everything (peel and all) in sugar. Every piece of candy is made by hand in her Brooklyn kitchen.

Each confection is inspired by classic desserts from the Aix en Provence region of France. Our design reflects this fresh take on tradition.
