A love for the rich history of French candy making and a desire to bring something new to the U.S. market. This is what drove Rachel Dana to start her own confectionery in the heart of Brooklyn. The candy-making process, she discovered, was the perfect way to preserve the rich flavors of fruit and herbs in peak seasons.
Crafted delicately by hand in her kitchen and sold in small batches, these sweets are as thoughtfully made as they are delicious. We think they’re pretty cute, too.
