I was born and raised in Orlando, in College Park. When I think about Florida I think about the plants, the heat & humidity, the beach, lizards, the smell of Lake Ivanhoe… A lot of wild things happen in Florida, which has given the state a wayward reputation, but as news stories come and go the only things that remain with me are these simple memories of home.
