All I know is being amongst nature makes me exponentially happier - whether that be in Florida or New York I usually always gravitate towards it. All of my photographs are double and triple exposures of un-retouched medium format film. My childhood home, Odessa, FL; strangely rural but also a bustling city. I always found cows to be funny creatures and beautifully statuesque. Photographed on a cow pasture (image #1) near the home where I grew up. My second home, Saint Augustine, FL; the tropical oasis and old Spanish town stands alone in the world as an incredibly unique and beautiful place. The center of the city is the famous Ponce De Leon hotel (image #2), now known as Flagler College. This is the place I fell in love and the place I will consider a part of me forever. Brooklyn, my third and current home. The place that stole my heart and a little bit of my soul. I find, even when I am begrudgingly stuck inside on a cold day (image #3) or admiring the grandeur architecture surrounding me in New York (image #4), I transform into a plant always looking up and searching for the sun.
